Sending Emails
Once you've reviewed your campaign emails, ThanksImHired sends them from your Gmail at a safe, controlled rate.
ThanksImHired sends emails from your own Gmail account via SMTP — not from a bulk sending service. This means each email looks like genuine personal outreach from your own address, which dramatically improves response rates.
How Sending Works
After you review and approve your campaign:
- ThanksImHired schedules your emails across the day
- They send from your connected Gmail at your chosen rate (up to 50/day)
- Replies go directly to your Gmail inbox — ThanksImHired is not in the loop after sending
Send Rate and Scheduling
You choose how many emails to send per day when creating a campaign. The options:
| Rate | Emails/day | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Low (1–20/day) | 1–20 | Very natural, good for low-volume targeted campaigns |
| Medium (21–40/day) | 21–40 | Good balance of volume and reply management |
| High (41–50/day) | 41–50 | Maximum rate — manage your inbox carefully |
Emails are spread out across the day rather than sent all at once. This looks natural and avoids Gmail's spam filters.
Sending from Multiple Accounts
If you want to send more than 50 emails per day, you can connect a second Gmail account in Settings → Email Accounts. Each account can send up to 50 emails/day independently.
Tracking Sends
In your campaign dashboard, you can see:
- Sent — emails that have been successfully sent
- Scheduled — emails queued to send today
- Pending — emails waiting to be scheduled
Best Practices
Do:
- Start with a lower send rate and increase once you're comfortable responding
- Check your inbox daily during an active campaign — replies can come in quickly
- Keep your resume updated before launching new campaigns
Don't:
- Delete the connected Gmail account while a campaign is active
- Change your Gmail password while sending (this will break the connection)
- Exceed Google's sending guidelines — ThanksImHired's 50/day limit is designed to stay within them
