Understanding Your Dashboard
A guide to the ThanksImHired dashboard — what you can see and do from the main view.
When you log into ThanksImHired, you land on the Dashboard — your central view of everything happening with your job search.
Dashboard Overview
The dashboard shows you:
- Active campaigns — campaigns currently sending emails
- Email stats — total emails sent, scheduled, and pending
- Credits remaining — how many AI generation tokens you have left
- Recent activity — a summary of recent sends and replies
Campaigns
The main section of the dashboard is your campaigns list. Each campaign shows:
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Name | The job title and location you're targeting |
| Status | Active, Paused, Completed, or Draft |
| Sent | Number of emails sent so far |
| Created | When the campaign was created |
Campaign statuses:
- Active — currently sending emails on schedule
- Paused — sends are paused; resume from the campaign page
- Completed — all emails have been sent
- Draft — campaign created but not yet launched
Stats Cards
At the top of the dashboard, three stat cards give you an at-a-glance view:
- Emails Sent — total across all campaigns
- Credits Remaining — AI generation tokens available this month
- Active Campaigns — campaigns currently running
Charts
The Scheduled Sends chart shows your email activity over the past week — useful for seeing if your sending is on track.
Campaign History
Click History in the sidebar to see all completed campaigns, including how many emails were sent and when they ran.
Settings
Click Settings in the sidebar to:
- Manage email accounts — add or remove Gmail accounts
- View your plan — see which subscription you're on and upgrade if needed
- Account preferences — manage your profile
Navigation
The sidebar gives you quick access to:
- Dashboard — the main overview
- Campaigns — create and manage campaigns
- History — completed campaign archive
- Active — campaigns currently sending
- Settings — account and email configuration
